CANCELLATIONS AND DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, the remaining balance is to be paid in cash at your appointment with us.

You will receive a confirmation email upon making your booking. The full address to our studios will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If the above is not received, please DM, or send us an email.

Should you wish to move your booking using the same deposit, you must give 48 hours notice- Please notify us of this by either DM or Email.

We require a full name and method of contact for all clients.

TREATMENT INFORMATION AND CONSENT

Information will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

All client’s booking a procedure with us such as Dermal fillers and/or Cosmetic Teeth Whitening are required to fill out a consent form prior to treatment.

Clients have the right to decline treatment at any time, even after the consultation.

If booking Dermal Fillers you MUST NOT: have known allergies to Hyaluronic acid, Lidocaine, or Hyaluronidase, you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.

If booking Dissolving of Dermal Fillers you MUST NOT: have known allergies to Hyaluronidase.

If booking Cosmetic Teeth Whitening you MUST NOT: Have had any dental work in the past 4-6 weeks.

All clients receiving treatments must be over the age of 18 and must provide proof of identification.

TREATMENT EXPECTATIONS

Please note that no guarantee can be given as to the precise results of any treatment undertaken. At LFMWRKS we make every effort to ensure you have the best possible outcome, however as it applies to all medical procedures, there can be a spectrum of results. Results vary from individual to individual whilst also depending on numerous factors, many of which cannot always be predicted.
